What You'll Do
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using proven scripts
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Handle objections professionally and persistently
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment targets
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Provide feedback to improve scripts and processes
What We're Looking For
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
  • Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity (training provided)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous call center or sales experience is a plus
