What you'll do
Enjoy engaging with customers over the phone and handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Ability to perform well under pressure while managing consistent call volume and service expectations
Assist customers with essential home service needs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Deliver professional, empathetic customer support
Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns effectively
Collaborate with a global team of experienced CSRs
Complete professional certification programs as part of your role
Requirements
Full-time, long-term availability during assigned shifts, with no academic or class schedule conflicts
Willingness to work assigned night and weekend shifts as part of a 24/7 operation (fixed schedules)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
1+ year of professional Customer Service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort multitasking across multiple systems
Technical requirements
Laptop with Intel i5 or higher, 16 GB RAM, Windows 10+
Dual monitors (20" minimum)
Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps upload and download
